Everything you need, once the slot is yours.
Open the booking and the things you actually need are on it.
- Your reference, big enough to read across a counter.
- Directions to the venue, straight into your maps app.
- Add it to your calendar so you don’t forget.
- Send the details to your team so everyone has the same plan.
- Cancel from the booking itself: full refund 24 hours or more before, 50% between 4 and 24 hours, nothing under 4 hours.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually in 3–5 business days, and only cover money that actually reached us — a pay-at-venue booking has nothing to refund. Read the policy.

A review on CricBook can only be written by someone who booked the court and turned up. That's the whole bar — and it's why the numbers on a venue card mean something.
- Every reviewer is a player who booked through CricBook.
- Verified players carry a badge, and you can filter the list down to only those.
- Reviews tag what actually matters — lighting, turf, parking, staff, ventilation, price.
- Sort by newest, highest or lowest. The bad ones stay up too.
- After you play, the app asks you for yours. That’s where the next player’s rating comes from.
